Excellent. Rented a car here in Antalya on the 17th of May. Vehicle was practically brand new. Service is excellent. Honest people returned my deposit without even having to contact them. The owner/workers are very professional and bilingual. Will definitely make them my number one stop to rent a car. One of the best rates as well. Can’t go wrong with this company.

It is a great company to rent a car. I’ve been to several car rental companies in november-december 2021, and can tell for sure it is one of the best services in Alanya (haven’t tried other offices outside Alanya). They even came to solve a small car accident with other driver. All cars are in good shape. Thanks a lot guys.

They made our holiday unforgettable.? Everything was perfect. We were in Antalya in the second part of September and booked a car in different company, but we didn't receive it. :( We were really tired. We couldn't get a car without booking as it was still a high season. And then I came to the Aytucar office and they helped us. We had to wait for the car around 2 hours, but it wasn't a problem. I know that they did everything to find it for us. In the meantime we have received chairs, water, tea, coffee. Amazing and very helpful people! ? They also didn't expect extra money for returning the car in the middle of the night. I was afraid that we will not receive our deposit (750 TL) as I read all the comments in Google, but we had to take a risk. And then Aytucar returned us 750 TL after around 15 working days. I can totally recommend this company. ? PS. We rented Fiat Egea. Our car was clean and new (around 9000 km). However don't forget about additional insurance when you drive a car in Turkey. ?

NOT ADVICED! THEY ARE NOT SOLVING PROBLEMS RELATED TO THEIR SYSTEMS AND THEY DO NOT STAND ON THE CUSTOMER SIDE! 30.10.2021 WE RENTED CAR BY ANTALYA AIRPORT through AYTU rent a car DUSTER. We went to pick it up, the AYTU said there is no car. But still on their system there is one mercedes and one van. We have just waited for them to solve. They could not SOLVE and they RETURNED OUR MONEY BACK! IT IS VERY UNRESPECTFUL and MISSTRUSTED situation! If you rent a car from one company, they SERVE you the other available car even if it is upper class, I mean any of the available cars of them. They did not offer any VEHICLES. It is EVEN AGAINST CONSUMER PROTECTION CONTRACTS! And the car that we did rent, it has lately arrived but they did not solve. We have just WASTED TIME, MONEY and TRUST! How Dare you Guys!
