Müşteri hizmetleri 12 saat sonra sistemin otamatik olarak iade edeceğini söyledi. Yani kendi sistemlerinin düzgün çalışmamasının ceremesini müşteriye yüklüyorlar. Bir daha adımı atmam. Kimseye de tavsiye etmem.
I made the mistake of trying to buy gas because of the Maksipuan campaign. Pay in vehicle systems not working. Although they withdrew 200 TL, they neither gave gasoline nor refunded money. The customer service said that after 12 hours the system will automatically return it. In other words, they are putting the blame on the customer for their systems not to work properly. I will not step in again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.
