When Kars is mentioned, I think of the city that smells of culture and history. More attractive than many cities. It is a must-see city.

A russian building with a library and conference hall, which is definitely a place to visit, the theater was closed during the pandemic, but the gentleman who greeted me at the entrance and showed me around said that it will open soon.
