 If they couldn't bring the baggage, we would take it and tie it ourselves. Next time we give the tube order to other places.

I called today and wanted a big tube. We were told there was no service at 18:00 in the evening. We are working people. Our shift ends at 18:00. How will I buy a tube and cook my food... should we be satisfied with your service now?
