Bayramın 3.günü istanbula seyahat ediyordum,otabana girmeden önce herzaman yakıt aldığım Opet istasyonuna uğradım ve 200 ₺ lik yakıt aldım. Ödeme yapmaya giderken görevli arkadaştan böcek lekesi vs. Olan ön camı silmesini rica ettim. Görevli arkadaştan aldıgım cevap beni şok etti. “Bayram yoğunluğu nedeni ile tüm cam silme fırçalarını kaldırdılar bu yüzden cam silemiyoruz “ dedi. Ödeme yaptım ve yetkili aradım. Bu arada yaklaşık 5 görevli kendi aralarında sohbet ediyorlardı. Tekrar ayni soruyu sordum ve sikayet edecegimi ben bu hizmeti aldiğım için opeti tercih ediyorum dedim. Elemanlardan yetkili olan sandığım kişi sohbeti birirerek arka faraftan fırça ekipman vs getirtecegini söyledi bende istemediğimi belirttim ve o camla yola çıktım.(bu arada bana araba yikama bolumunu kullanabilirsiniz dediler bir cam silmek için 5-6 araba sira beklemem gerekiyordu) Yola ciktim yaklasik 300m ilerideki TP benzin istasyonuna cam silmek için uğradım.Gorevli arkadaştan cami silme için müsaade istedim görevli araçtan inmenize gerek yok diyerek camları sildi. Teşekkür ederek yola çıktım. Herhangi bir yakit vs almamama ramen bu sekilde bir islemle karşılaşmak 300 m içinde insan ve hizmet kalitesinin ne kadar önemli olduğunu bana tekrar hissettirdi. Tuvalet temizligi kalitesi vs ile övünen bunu reklamlarinda yayınlayan Opet insan kalitesi ve hizmet kalitesinde benim gözümde sınıfta kaldı. Ne demek bayram yoğunluğu nedeni ile camlar silinmiyor.. Bu ne para aşki. Bu yaşadığım olayi tum noktalarda paylaşacağım ve birdaha Opet’den yakıt almayacagim. Trashy, definitely stop by. I asked the same question again and I would complain because I prefer this service I said I prefer opet. I thought the person in charge of the staff from the back of the conversation, said that I would bring brush equipment etc .. I said I did not want and I set off with the glass. (By the way, they said I could use a car wash section, I had to wait 5-6 cars to delete a glass) I left the road about 300m from the TP gas station to wipe the window to stop by a friend to delete the mosque. I started by thanking. Even though I didn't buy any fuel etc, it made me feel again how important the quality of service and people was within 300 m. Opet, which boasted the quality of toilet cleanliness, etc., remained in the class in my eyes in terms of human quality and service quality. What does it mean that the windows are not wiped because of the feast intensity? What a love of money. I will share this event at all points and I will not buy fuel from Opet again.
