Telefonla aradım nasıl yardımcı olursunuz diye. Yenisini alacaksın hata sizin dediler.
...Hata bendede olabilir tabiki ama çinden gelen bi ürün sonuçta kaç kuruşa mal oluyorki size. Müşteri memnuniyeti için en azından yarı fiyatına tekrar gönderelim falan diyin yani bravo size...
I ordered Peugeot 3008 exhaust nickel. I installed the product 2 days later one fell and the other is still standing.
I called you on the phone to see how you can help. They said you will get a new one, it's your fault.
...I may be at fault, of course, but how many cents does a product from China cost you? For customer satisfaction, say let's send it again for at least half price, so bravo to you...

2 gün sonra güncelleme;
Aracıma kaput amortisörü taktırdım. Yanlış montaj sonucu silecek hortumu kaputu kapatınca sıkıştığından su fışkırtmıyor. Izmirden Ankaraya geldim, yolda farkettim. Allahtan yolda yağmur çamur yoktu ama olsaydı çok buyük sıkıntı yaşayabilirdim. Bu tip acemiliklerin affı olmaz malesef. İnsanlıklarına hicbişey diyemem ama biraz daha dikkat ve ciddiyet.

Update after 2 days;
I had a hood damper installed on my car. As a result of incorrect assembly, the wiper hose does not squirt out because it gets stuck when the hood is closed. I came to Ankara from Izmir, I noticed it on the way. Thank God there was no rain and mud on the road, but if there were, I would have had a lot of trouble. Unfortunately, such inexperience cannot be forgiven. I can't say anything to their humanity, but a little more attention and seriousness.
