Last year, we called by phone and asked them to take our carpets to be washed, they said they would take delivery, they said that they would deliver the carpets washed a few days later, and my wife and I asked them to bring our work from 17:00, after working hours or between 12:00 and 13:00. The employee we interviewed on the phone said that they would bring the time they wanted, and they could not give any time when the carpets were left in the vehicle. He repeatedly insisted on not understanding it even though we tried to explain our situation, I told them to bring a weekend if there was such a situation, but again he said that they could not make an appointment for delivery, and he also told me that the employee was right, and I told the official that I was unable to say that he was very helpful. ... I gave all the rights to my house in November 2021. Carpets are high quality expensive rugs. Silk carpet gives color and looks very different and pale. It is a wool-silk mixture, and the other version is partially tea stained. 8 TL per square meter is twice as expensive as the competitors, but the quality is on the contrary low. The carpets were clean, only one had a stain. We gave it to the washing method in order to remove the hairs, but the result is terrible. I researched, many people are victims. After this hour, I will never make carpet. It supposedly offers expensive quality, but it is irrelevant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay away. Carpets become hard and fade.
