 It's a disgusting hotel, no cleaning, the towels are rotten, the seams are still put in front of the guests. TV channels do not draw, they gave something called a blanket. The hotel smells like a blanket. The hotel is cold in Erzurum, they burn the heaters at 7 in the evening. they also get 170 TL money, it's a shame they wore 3 stars, I wrote to the ministry of tourism in cimere, they don't deserve the stars, please, no one should leave

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The most decent place to stay in this region. I think those who make negative comments are talking without taking into account the money they give and the region they are in ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ konumu itibariyle güzel yer , personel ilgilli alakalı ve güler yüzlü, odalar da güzel ve temiz , aileler gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilir ayrica otopark olması ve otelin önünde büyük ve küçük farketmeksizin bir çok aracın park yapabileceği geniş bir alan olması baya iyi ?
It's a nice place in terms of location, the staff is relevant and smiling, the rooms are also nice and clean, families can stay with peace of mind, there is also a parking lot and a large area in front of the hotel where many vehicles can park, regardless of large or small, it is very good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for accommodation at Horasan. Staffs are very interested and helpful. Rooms and facilities are clean. There are indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna. It is far (1 km) from to the downtown, but if you want something the owner and staffs can obtain for you.
