Bir dosyayı yürüyerek bile 10 kere teslim etmişlerdi. Nasıl bir işleyiş halindesiniz anlamış değilim. Bu sadece benim sitemim. Başka yüksek kurumlara gerekli şikâyetleri edeceğim. Mutlaka denetlenmesi gereken bir yer. Bir yıldız bile çok fazla. I guess some of the staff either don't know their job or they don't feel like doing their job. I don't understand how long it can take to forward one file to another institution. Technologies such as mail, fax, cap are available, but they may not have information about their use, let's get past that. They had delivered a file 10 times even on foot. I don't understand how you're working. This is just my site. I will make the necessary complaints to other higher institutions. A must see place. Even one star is too much.
