On 17.07.2021, my father-in-law Mustafa Gökçen, who had a hip fracture, was operated on by Dr. Adnan. He was well looked after by Adnan Bey and his team in the post-operative service and was discharged on 20.07.2021. On 23.07.2021, we came to the Emergency Service in the morning as his condition did not go well. Despite the fact that the Emergency Service was very busy, I really wanted to share my joy here in the face of the devoted bee work from the security guards, patient caregivers, nurses and doctors. We were in the Emergency Service until 22:00 at night and although it was very busy, Dr.Sinem came and informed us many times during the day, the Dialysis Manager, whose name I cannot remember, Dr. Bey, also helped us a lot. During the 3-hour dialysis, she gave us the necessary information. How many times did he do it? Therefore, I would like to thank all our healthcare professionals who work so hard for their devoted and friendly service. Everyone, from the quality and conscious nurses to the doctors, is doing their job, but in terms of hygiene, it is in a bad situation as a hospital and as a state hospital.

I have been a companion in this hospital for a month. A soggy environment, disrespectful nurses, lowly staff, a neglected and dirty place... Fortunately, the physicians who deal with us are very successful and very interested in their fields. Without such physicians, the hospital would not even be near. If you can, go to another hospital. This place gives cancer care to even the relatives of the patients.

Cleanliness, hygiene, distance is zero, it definitely does not comply with the rules of the pandemic, the peak of disgrace, God forbid.. Doctors, employees, sullen faces, no proper orientation is not done, a hospital full of system errors. We are examined in the morning and we give blood. There is no queue to show the result. First of all, the men's restroom of the emergency room is not clean. It was used as a warehouse. However, the items were not placed properly. This is the hospital. People using this toilet are sick. Authorities, please be more careful. In addition, the toilet in the main building. It hasn't been maintained for years. The chief physician and administrators in the hospital do not care because you do not use these toilets for your needs. If you value the people who come to the hospital, you will spend money and make it decent.
