Porsiyon oldukça doyurucu ama lezzetinden ötürü daha da yemek istiyor insan. Başarılar dilerim. The mince pita is great. Meat and egg pita is even better. Served with cold cuts salad. The portion is quite satisfying, but you want to eat more because of its taste. Good luck.

(İstanbul’dan dahi çok çok pahalı) Tekrar gelmeye değecek maalesef birşey yok. You order pita with roasted cheddar and cheese for 40 TL, it comes with minimal cheddar and lots of tomatoes. Prices are unreasonably high. (It is very very expensive even from Istanbul) Unfortunately, there is nothing worth coming back to.

Muadili restoranlara göre seçilen etin kalitesi, kıyma/baharat dengesi, hamurun çıtırlık derecesi ve pidenin üzerinde tereyağı gezdirilmiş olması bu pideyi lezzetli kılan detaylar. Bir Egeli olarak bu pide tarzına alışamamış olsam da Aydın Pide'nin pidesi lezzet anlamında alışmış ve aramakta olduğum lezzete Karabük'teki en yakın pideydi. Eksik bulduğum noktaları ise hamurun biraz kalın olması ve fiyatının 21 lira olmasıydı. Buraya gelmeden önce İzmir'de benzer ebat ve malzemelerde yemiş olduğum pideye 9 lira vermiştim. Burada vermiş olduğum 21 lira açıkçası o yönden beni şaşırttı. Bunun dışında garsonların ilgili ve alakalı olması ve mekanın gayet güzel bir konumda bulunması da restorana artı değer katan etmenler arasında. Sonuç olarak; lezzet 8 mekan 8 servis 6 ve fiyat/kalite: 5 olarak puanlamamı yapıyorum. Yine de belirtmek isterim ki yemek kültürü ve lezzeti bakımından oldukça başarısız olan Karabük'te yediğim en lezzetli pide bu mekanın pidesidir. Karışık pide yedik ama kuşbaşılı tarafı yiyemedim etler sakız gibi çiğnenmiyordu sinir doluydu. Google üzerinden gelmiştik ama hayal kırıklığı oldu bnm açımdan. We came from Ankara, the prices were 20% higher than the market, we came for business. We ate mixed pita, but I couldn't eat the cubed side. The meat was not chewy like gum, it was full of nerves. We came through Google, but it was a disappointment for me.
B	Bilgehan Bakırhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karışık pideleri lezzetli ve doyurucu. Diğer pidecilerde olduğu gibi kalın bir hamur tabakası yok. Kuşbaşılı kısmı en lezzetli kısmıydı. Mixed pitas are delicious and satisfying. It does not have a thick layer of dough as in other pide shops. The cubed portion was the tastiest part.
