Arayıp bilgi almak istediğimde "benim işim var sana burada saatlerce bilgi veremem geldiğinde soracaktın onu!" diyerek insanı tersleyip suratına kapatan bir sahibi var. Ve ilgilenmediği müşterisi bir kerelik değil düzenli olarak iş yaptıracak olmasına rağmen!!! Eski yorumlara bakıldığında da müşteriyle olan profesyonelce olmayan konuşmaları görülüyor zaten.
Speaking disrespectfully, indifferently and rudely towards customers; a company completely ignorant and uninterested in customer rights. When I called and wanted to get information, "I have a job. I cannot give you information for hours here. You will ask him!" there is an owner who says to acknowledge and shut the person to his face. And although the client he is not interested in will be doing business regularly, not one-off !!! Looking at the old comments, you can see the unprofessional conversations with the customer.
