Excellent hotel, clean, very good service but small room

Because Ayder is a little village, this hotel is considered the best one there. It doesn’t mean it’s a good hotel. Since my first minute at the hotel I noticed that it is one man shaw business. Check the rate in booking. com before dealing with the cheater Polant. It is just Polant who is the owner and manager and he thinks that he can speak English and cliver in stealing and cheating the clients. There is no kettle at the room to make you buy tea and drinks from a small cofee shop next to the entrance. There is no soap for taking a shower and when you ask the genius manager, he gives you shampoo and if you say that this is shampoo, he says you can use it for both. Breakfast is a disaster. Don’t try the fifth floor restaurant. Heating system is rubbish.

We stayed in Ayder Resort Hotel for 6 nights as 3 large families. Our relatives came from Dubai and we from Germany to discover the northern beauties of Turkey in our short holiday. As we were almost 12 persons, the hotel reaserved us 3 family suites with an extraordinary nature view. From the moment of check in until our check out, we were all satisfied from the hotel itself, employees and services. Overall the hotel was indeed beautiful and in a great location where you can reach the town center just by walking 3-4 minutes. Ayder hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. Built in a silent side of the town, the hotel is highly ideal and convenient for a great sleeping experience comparing to other hotels centrally located in Ayder Plateau of Rize. Rooms were large and clean, beds were new and comfortable and the food was extremely delicious. We especially thank to the master chef Mr. Ahmet for his care due to our special requests in our meals. Thanks to Ayder Resort Hotel management and staff for their exceptional guest satisfaction minded services. We probably will stay again in this hotel in our next visit to Ayder Town of Rize in Turkey.

Best place to stay in Ayder Plateau. Comfortable rooms, delicious food, helpful staff. I recommend Ayder Resort Hotel for those who expects a professional service in a mountain resort. Especially thanks to Abbas from reception for his nice attitude. 10 FROM 10

starting from the name, (Ayder resort) which is deceiving for the customer and the actual it is not resort. the staffs are nice especially the Yamani man who was so helpful. the location is around 20 min walk and 5min by car form the waterfall and the center of Ayder we took the triple bed room, which has wide space. the furniture is of low quality and there is no safe box and trash bin in the room. the bed mattress is not comfortable. the breakfast was poor, with no variety in the food. it is expensive for it is value and does not deserve this this high price.
