Within walking distance to the sea, very close to the Boğaçayı project. Swimming pool, car park, only 6 blocks on 15 decares of land, the living area is very well arranged.

Why bad. They put some ridiculous codes on the gates. Trouble opening the door. You'll get to have to jump out the door if you're a cargo guy who needs a card. And the walking distance is very neglected site but close to the city center
