Daha avantajlı 34 liraya 1000 dak. bilmem kaç sms ve gb int olduğunu 5 dakika anlatıp tamam dediğim ama bir türlü işlem yapamayıp 40 liraya 500 dak. bilmem kaç sms ve gb almaya zorla yönelten, o zaman niye avantajlı tarife anlatıyorsun ki dediğimde size çıkmadı diye geveleyen bayi. Müşteri hizmetlerini arayacağım konuyla ilgili dediğimde siz bilirsiniz deyip ortadan kaybolan(ki hala işlemim sürüyor sanıp bekliyorum) kaba personel... Ne iyi günler demek var ne de başka bir uğurlama ifadesi...
Müşteri temsilcisiyle görüştüm... 34 liraya 1000 dak. ve .... paketi herkesin alabileceğini söyleyip size çıkmadı gibi bir şeyin olmadığını söyleyip işlemi düzeltti. Bayı hakkında da şikayet oluşturdu(yani öyle ümit ediyorum).

Turkcell dealers prefer only two remained, and even though the other one over the other in Edirne, Turkey. Zero (0) stars. They are trying to deceive you for the 5 cents premium by hiding the truth (lying).
