★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marmariste yaşayan teyzem bu ayyıldız şubesinden "orta kalite olduğu " belirtilen bir bone almış.Fakat daha ilk defa kullanacağı sırada daha takmaya çalışırken yırtılmış. Mağazaya gidip değiştirmek istediğini söylediğinde ise mağaza çalışanınızın "hiç hoş olmayan" tavırlarıyla karşılaşmış.Ben sizi uyarmıştım demiş , Fiyatına göre kalitesi değişiyor demiş kendileri.Bu mu uyarmak? Ne yani orta kalite ürün , diğerlerine daha ucuz ürün ilk takışta yırtılıyo muymuş ?Bu onlara göre normal bişey mi ? Aa nasıl yırtılır diyeceği yerde ben uyarmıştım diyor?.Madem şaşırmıyolar yırtıldığına o zaman satmayın o boneyi??! Hemde en ucuzu bile 40 tl olan ayyıldız adı altında olan bir üründen bahsediyoruz.Markasına güvenip alıyoruz.Değiştirecekleri yerde bir de laf işitiyoruz.Yok siz takamamışsınızdır yok siz takamamışsınızdır filan.Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır.Ayyıldıza hiç ama hiç yakışmayan bir durum.!!
