★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malzemeler sıfır kalite hiçbir müşteri memnuniyeti yoktur .... Balkona köşe takımı ve masa aldık daha 1 ayını doldurmadan dökülmeye başladı... 5900 TL ye alınan malzeme....
Mutfağa 5500 TL ye aldığımız banklı masa takımı 4-5 ay sonunda anca gelebildi o da hatalı kumaş idi değişime gitti onu da bekledim fakat gelen ürün eski kumaşın üzerine yeni kumaş geçirilmiş zımba telleri kumaşı tahrip etmişti masa komple zedelenmiş ve vida ile tahrip edilmişti... Ürünü iade etmek istediğimde tavır ve müşteri ye yaklaşımlar direkt değişti toplamda 6 ay bekledim elimde kötü bir ürün ve iadesi alınmadı.. tüm çabalarıma rağmen sonunda K.D.V nakliye ücreti ve çalışanlarının ücreti olarak 1000 TL ye yakın para keserek 3 ay sonrasına da çek karşılığı alacak verdi ... Mağdur olmayın diye yazıyorum.. MEMNUNİYET VE MALZEME KALİTESİ SIFIR.. ANLAYIŞ SIFIR..

The table set with bench, which we bought for 5500 TL in the kitchen, could only come after 4-5 months, it was the faulty fabric, it went to the change, I waited for it, but the incoming product was damaged by the staples with new fabric on the old fabric and the table was completely damaged and destroyed with a screw. When I wanted to return the product, the attitude and the approach towards the customer changed directly, I waited for a total of 6 months, I had a bad product and no return was received .. In the end, despite all my efforts, they cut close to 1000 TL as VAT shipping fee and employees' wages and gave a credit for 3 months later. .. I write not to be a victim .. SATISFACTION AND MATERIAL QUALITY ZERO .. UNDERSTAND ZERO ..
