Internetten bulduğum Ankara'da olan firmalardan teklif istedim. Gece geç saat olmasına rağmen Erdem bey bana ulaştı ve öncelikle sorunu anlamaya ve uzaktan yardim etmeye çalıştı. Sık rastlanan bir problem olmadığından dolayı işletmelerine bilgisayarı getirebileceğimi söyledi. Ben ise yoğun olduğumdan dolayı evden alma hizmetlerinin olup olmadıklarını sordum. Adresimi öğrendikten sonra gelip alabileceklerini söyledi. Resmiyetlerinden, guven aşılamalarından, bilgilerinden ve ilgilerinden çok memnun kaldım. Kesinlikle işini seven bir bilişimci bulduğum için çok şanslıyım. Çok daha fazla bir ücret ödemem gerektiğini düşünürken düşündüğümden çok daha az bir meblaa ödedigimi düşünüyorum. Herhangi bir sorun yaşayacak olursanız yardımcı olabileceklerini temin edebilirim. Bilgisayarımı teslim ettikten sonra bile birçok konuda yardımda bulundular. Umarım bu yaklaşımlarından hiçbir zaman ödün vermezler ve firmalarını daha da büyütürler. Her şey icin tekrardan çok teşekkürler. :)
I thought that I should contact a technical service for a problem that has been going on with my computer for about 5 months, and I started researching. I asked for offers from companies in Ankara that I found on the internet. Even though it was late at night, Mr. Erdem reached me and tried to understand the problem and help from afar. He said I could bring the computer to their business since it wasn't a common problem. As I was busy, I asked if they had home pick-up services. He said they could come and get it after they knew my address. I was very pleased with their formality, confidence, knowledge and interest. I am very lucky to have found an IT engineer who absolutely loves his job. I think I paid much less than I thought when I thought I should have paid a lot more. If you run into any problems, I can assure you that they can help. Even after handing over my computer they helped with many issues. I hope they never compromise on this approach and grow their companies even more. Thanks again for everything. :)
