Set meals - had the MOST DELICIOUS lentil soup here!! Has lift and comfortable rooms.
Went for hot air ballooning from here - Voyager van picked us up @ 5:10am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a family owned and manage hotel. The view is marvelous on the river side and walking distance to famous Cappadocia valley where you can watch hot air balloons taking off and landing. The grass yard, food and service are great. If you want to have a big luxurious hotel and feel at home I recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shower in our room had a draining problem. This was informed twice to the person in the front desk and housekeeping and it was not resolved leaving us taking showers on filthy water.
One of us would take a shower, wait 20 minutes for the dirty water to drain, rise the shower and then wait another 20 minutes before the second person could take a shower

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place not recommended, it's weird it says 5 star hotel, maximum a 3 star hotel. Good service and attention by the personnel. But the accommodation in the general, the rooms and facilities conditions are bad, this hotel need some renovation and new fresh air. A bit far from the center of the small town of Avanos.
