Very good and quick service...prices cheaper and convenient drop off and pickup.

Booked a 7 seater SUV months in advance. Available options were much smaller 5 seat vehicles or huge clunky passenger vans. Best to avoid! Do not expect to receive the car or even the same model group that you reserved! Even if you booked months in advance. The website lists cars and model groups that they simply do not have. Pure bait and switch. Arrogant and dismissive staff. Basic attitude is: We don't have the vehicle you booked or anything similar. Take the car we have or leave! They also do not speak English or pretend not to and basically leave you in the lurch. I even called AVIS US customer service but they were also dismissive and unhelpful. I think this is a local franchisee of AVIS and not really concerned about customer service or reputation. Most renters are first time tourists in the region and get taken advantage of. Be warned!
