I rented a car online, went to the office, door to wall. Nobody knows. In my opinion, tradesmen should manage the business with the same seriousness as on the first day. Respects

Staff are professional. The parking area to deliver the vehicle in the center of Van is very small.

Staff donst speak english, and they try to fool you of money. I heard from locals that a price for renting is around 100lira per day maximum and they will try to sell it to you for 300lira. Also watch your money, they will try to fool you and give you less. These "muslims" are shame and definately not a proper muslims.... Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was ok although the whole rental process took ages and was overall very weird (they didn’t want to show me the agreement before signing it etc), mostly because the staff didn’t speak English at all. If it weren’t for the manager of our hotel who helped us with the rental it would probably be impossible.
They don’t have experience in dealing with foreigners so I would advise against this place if you don’t speak Turkish.
