 The worst service car rental office I have ever seen. They said that they could not do anything because the result of the credit assessment did not come. The trip I planned days ago was canceled for a simple "not popping up" error. They will make the refund one week later because I sent an e-mail, obviously forgotten. Disgrace.

I think there is no need for a transportation number. I guess you just need to fix this problem. You should convey that your employees who represent you communicate in a more uniform tone of voice, within the rules of courtesy.
