Avisten bir çok yerden kiralama yaptım ancak Adnan Menderes Havalimanı şubesini tek geçerim. Araçlar çok temiz, personel çok ilgili ve alakalı. Teşekkür ediyorum buradan.
I have rented from Avis from many places, but I only go through the Adnan Menderes Airport branch. Vehicles are very clean, staff is very concerned and relevant. Thank you here.

Adnan Menderes havalimanı Avis'ten online olarak araç kiraladık. Çocuk koltuğu için de ayrıca ödeme yaptık, uçağımızın uçuş numarası varış saati her şey sistemlerinde var olmasına ve biz rötarlı gelmemize rağmen araç hazır değildi. Öncelikle ofis önünde sonra da otoparkta gereksiz sorularla bizi oyalamaya çalıştılar. Yaklaşık 30-40 dk bekledik. Sonunda çocuk koltuğu geldi başka firmadan ödünç almışlar. Öylece arka koltuğa koydular. Bağlar mısınız dedik, biz bağlayamayız siz bağlayın şeklinde bir cevap aldık. Eşim ama ben çocuk koltuğuyla bir araç kiraladım bu koltuğun bağlanmış hazır olması gerekmez mi dedi. Görevli şöyle dedi: 'Ama çocuk benim çocuğum değil' Sonrasında ben tepki verince bunun yasak oldugunu falan açıkladı ama hizmet ve tavırları çok kötüydü hiç memnun kalmadık.
We rented a car online from Adnan Menderes airport Avis. We also paid for the child seat, the flight number of our plane, the arrival time, everything was in their system and although we arrived late, the vehicle was not ready. They tried to distract us with unnecessary questions, first in front of the office and then in the parking lot. We waited about 30-40 minutes. Finally, the child seat came, they borrowed it from another company. So they put it in the back seat. We said, "Can you connect it, we can't connect it, you connect it," we got an answer. My wife said that I have rented a vehicle with a child seat, does not this seat need to be tied up and ready? The officer said: 'But the child is not my child' Later, when I reacted, he explained that it was forbidden or something, but the service and attitudes were very bad, and we were not satisfied at all.

The staff is rude I lost my glasses. WC napkins are insufficient, hygiene is negative, there is no fresh bread in the restaurant. There are a lot of broken and broken equipment. Indifference does not suit Izmir. You get a lot of money from people, please be a little careful.

Had no problems with 3 other hire companies in Turkey, but will never use Avis again, in Turkey or otherwise. The Avis translated website was unusable to book in English (unfortunate but understandable). We used a 3rd party booking site which did a bait and switch on an inflated 750TL 1-way fee (only showed the fee after confirming credit card details). Avis swore "it's always 750". Found another booking site that actually showed the 1-way fee, but a lot lower at 354TL. Avis: "no, that would change to 750 after you book it". Either a lie or another bait and switch. The hire fee for a 1-way hire with AVIS (not including the bogus 750TL) was already much higher than their competitors... AND was higher than the AVIS hire fee if the same pick up and drop off was selected. I think it is purposely made to appear as though a normal 1-way surcharge is already priced in. Avis also demanded a 2nd driver fee per day for using my wife's credit card for the held deposit, which no other hire company I've used in any country has ever done. I used a different card with higher fees out of principle. Staff were completely at ease with the gouging and deceptive fees. The two other customers being served while we were there were in heated discussions about some other gouging going on, so I think they're very well practiced at ripping people off with a straight face. Not worth taking the risk with Avis.

Local office says one thing, main back office says other thing. Main office staff has very poor customer service and no willingness to actually help customer, they will just read you T&C and bye. Avoid AVIS, there are plenty better companies out there. Edit: I have responded to Avis message below and I filled their contact form. They never contacted me for a resolution.
