★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamamen rezalet. Avis kalitesinden ve standartlarindan cok uzakta olan bir franchise subesi. Kiraladigim arac daha once Avis'ten onlarca kez kiralama yapmis olmama ve Preferred Plus kartima ragmen keyfi sebeplerle teslim edilmedi. Calisan suratiniza bile bakmaya yeltenmiyor. Size tavsiyem kesinlikle buradan arac kiralamaya kalkmayin.
Total disgrace. A franchise office far away from Avis quality and standards. The vehicle I rented was not delivered due to arbitrary reasons despite having rented dozens of times from Avis and my Preferred Plus card. The employee doesn't even dare to look at your face. My advice to you is definitely do not try to rent a car here.

Tenmuz ayında telefonla kiralama yaptim,
Rezervasyon onaylandi diye mesaj da geldi.
Fakat kiralamaya 1 gun kala ofisten arandım.Bana kredi notumun 1400 alti olduğunu ilettiler.Bende 1372 notum dedim ama madem kural bu ben benimle birlikte olan 5 kişiden birinin bilgilerini atacağımı ve rezervasyonun onun adina yapılacağını ilettim.Onlarda 12 ye kadar zaman bekleyecegiz dediler.
1 saat icerisinde birlikte sehayat edeceğim ve kredi notunun 1400 ustu oldugundan emin oldugum arkadasimin Bilgilerine eriştikten sonra ofisi aradım.Araci baskasina rezerve ettiklerini iletip telefonu kapattılar.Ben israrla aradim fakat telefonları açmadılar.Baska numaradan arayince mecbur açtılar.Neden oyle yaptıklarını soyleyince mecbur kaldik dedi.
Bayram degil seyran değildi.Normal zamanda hemde.Biz ne yapacagiz dedim 5 kisi uçakla elaziga geliyoruz dedim perisan olacağız yapabileceğimiz bisey yok dedi oradaki ilgisiz personel.Bende yaziklar olsun Elazigin yuz karasisiniz dedim.Avis genel merkeze de ileteceğim bu tarz insanlara frenchise vermesinler.Markayi da lekeliyorlar.
Tek kelime ile rezalet ce cirkeflik.Bin kere yazıklar olsun.
Avisin bu ofisini kapatması lazim en kisa zamanda.Her yere yazacagim bu rezaleti.
Disgrace in a word!
I rented by phone in July,
A message was received saying the reservation was confirmed.
But 1 day before the rental, I was called from the office. They told me that my credit rating was under 1400. They said we would wait until 12.

I rented a car from Avis Elazig last month and I was satisfied. They have quality and friendly staff. The company I rented the only car in every Elazig trip, especially during the pandemic period.
