★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aslında avis Türkiye de hep beş yıldızdır. Ama nedense Diyarbakır da hep eksik hizmet veriyor. On yıldır Diyarbakır'da yaşıyorum ve hemen hemen her yıl araba kiralama ihtiyacım oluyor ve şehir içinde ki şubesinde hiç araç olmuyor var ama faal değil ve hep havaalanındaki şubeden araç almak zorunda kalıyoruz. Yıllardır buna bir çözüm üretilmesini bekliyoruz araç çeşitliliği çok az. Ve diğer firmalardan çok pahallı. Araçlarının hepsi yeni depoyu full alıyorsun teslim ederken fulleyip teslim ediyorsun ve ek hizmetleri hep beş yıldız yol yardımı aklınıza ne geliyorsa var.
In fact, avis is always five stars in Turkey. But for some reason, Diyarbakir always provides incomplete service. I have been living in Diyarbakir for ten years and I need a car rental almost every year and there is no car in the branch in the city, but it is not active and we always have to buy a car from the branch at the airport. We have been waiting for a solution to this for years, the variety of vehicles is very low. And much more expensive than other companies. You buy all of your vehicles with the new tank full, you deliver it while you deliver it, and you always have the additional services, five-star roadside assistance, whatever you can think of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merhaba yapılan yorumların neredeyse hiçbiri Avis ofisi ile alakası yok kimisi müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşmadığı için şikayetçi,kendilerini direk ariyabilirler,kimisi araç olmayışından oncesinde yapılan rezervasyon olursa rahatlıkla araç bulunabilir,kimisi de çeşitliliğin olmamasından buda çok normal çünkü firmalarda alabilecek araç yok Ofis ekibi ve teslimat görevlileri gayet samimi güler yüzlü ve ilgililer yıllardır araç kiraliyorum çok memnunum diyarbakıra yakışan tek kurumsal marka kafanız kulağınız rahat:)
Hello, almost none of the comments made have anything to do with the Avis office, some of them complain because they did not reach the customer service, they can call themselves directly, some of them can easily find a car if there is a reservation made before the absence of a car, and some of them are very normal due to the lack of diversity because there are no vehicles to buy in the companies. Office team and delivery staff are fine. they are friendly, smiling and interested. I have been renting a car for years, I am very satisfied, the only corporate brand that suits Diyarbakır :)
