Müşteri hizmetleriyle irtibat kurup 2.16d ellerinde mevcut olup olmadığını sorduğumda telefonun ucundaki hanımefendi mevcut olduğunu belirtti. ödemeyi online yaparsam indirim olacağını söyledi, satış ofisleri yakın olduğu için gidip görmek istedim ve satış ofisindeki arkadaşlar ellerinde 1 adet bile mevcut araç olmadığını pek de kurumsal olmayan bir lisanla belirttiler.müşteri hizmetlerini hemen arayıp tekrar sordum ve tekrar var olduğunu teyit aldım, sonrasında satış ofıisindeki bayanla müşteri hizmetlerini görüştürdüm. Şaka gibi olay 2 dk telefonda konuştular ve satış ofisindeki bayan telefonu elime tutuşturdu tartışmamak için çıktım fakat bu iletişimsizlik avis gibi kurumsal firmaya yakışmıyor.

Habe ein Auto gemietet marke Reno Clio für 24 Tage mit vollkasko, die Dame im Avis hat mir empfohlen auch ein vollkasko zu machen kostet hat das mir 35 lira pro Tag (Gesamt Miete Auto und Vollk. ca. 385 lira). War nicht viel also wieso nicht... Vollkasko bedeckt alles außer Reifen und Fensterscheiben-> die Dame von Avis Denizli auch erwähnt.... Am letzten Tag 6 h vor der übergabe, hinten rechte Tür ging von außen die Türe nicht auf aber von ihnen auf irgendwas war Defekt (mechanisch).... Morgen früh vor der übergabe habe ich es erwähnt das die Türe hinten rechts sich nicht öffnet... Die Dame von Avis meinte das ich 800 lira zahlen muss... Da erwähnte ich, kann ja nichts dafür das die Tür sich nicht öffnet, Türgriff hat ein mechanisches Problem das ist ein Fehler vom Hersteller.... Schluss endlich meinte Sie: Mir egal ich soll das Zahlen ich bin nicht der jenige das das kaputt gemacht hat, davor wars ganz also 800 lira..... Da habe ich auch erwähnt das Ich ein Vollkasko habe und Sie sagte: Das die Vollkasko das nicht bedeckt.... Klar war ich sauer, das ich das nicht Zahlen würde sagte ich und mit ihrem Vorgestzten kontakt aufnehmen würde und verabschiedete mich.... Nach 15 min kontaktierte ich Murat T. und erklärte ihm was sache war. Ganz nett Murat T. habe mir gesagt ist okey ich werde das klären mach dir keine gedanken...
