★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wish i had the chance to rate this agency with zero stars. the customer support leaves you totally alone with your problems. they did give us a car that was impossible to drive and made it look it was our fault. QUOTATION of the agency: "the car you have rented is new and can not give full performance". this is a paradoxical statement on its own. My expectation of a car is that i can drive with it without stopping in the middle of the highway. Shame on them for fooling people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The three amigos at the front desk are not only extremely rude and confrontational, they refuse to escalate situations to their manager and they refuse to give our their names for me to discuss the issue with a manager. I quit using avis after these guys showed that President club is worthless.
