Amazing from start to finish! From the moment I decided to go ahead with my rhinoplasty I was put in contact with a very professional patient coordinator Joseph. Joseph speaks very good English and therefore able to put me and my companion at ease and made what could have been a very stressful situation stress free! Joseph has answered all my questions promptly and went above and beyond by being available night and day to answer any queries. Joseph was there to greet us at the hospital on arrival and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anybody considering surgery with Avicenna. My rhinoplasty was performed by the very talented, professional and knowledgeable Dr Emre. He explained the procedure, and considered my personal preference showing his practice is personalised. has been excellent and also speaks good English and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Emre to anyone who is nervous about committing to this procedure. Dr Emre was extremely caring and clearly loves what he does and how his results impact on patients lives. I would like to thank all the nurses, nursing assistants, cleaners and caterers for keeping me comfortable during my stay.

Such a great hospital, and brilliant team especially my surgeon, prof. Dr. Emre Guvercin and my medical consultant Yousef(Joseph) Arnaout. Yousef Arnaout and dr emre were God sent to me. In a time when our world is fast-paced, we need people who will listen to our health concerns, respond appropriately, and provide us with the exceptional treatment. Before going to Turkey, I have done lots of researches and I came across Aviccena hospital. I sent my enquiries. Within the same day, yousef was so quick to reply and very helpful. The wait times are relatively short. This is one of the advantages. Yousef is a professional, caring, kind hearted, helpful person. He is an expert in his job, and full of knowledge. He has helped me from the very beginning to the end. He has answered all my questions very patiently. He provided me with all the required paper work I needed to apply for visa , and he was available in the hospital and would regularly check on me just in case of any concerns or question. He relates well to people and he is good at building trust with patients. I have had the pleasure of having Joseph as my medical consultant. Every promise that yousef arnaout made to me was met at Aviccena international hospital. My surgeon was Prof. Dr. Emre Guvercin. Dr. Emre is a remarkable, professional and compassionate Dr. He has got wide range of knowledge in his field. Brilliant Surgent; extremely knowledgeable. I can say that there is magic in his hands. I’ve had few treatments at this Hospital and the service they been provided was excellent. The hygiene level and Covid protection at this hospital was excellent . Just one things what made me disappointed a bit was after care or recommendations or any tools that clients might needed once they left Turkey. I’ve been very straggling to remove statues without medical tool or anything similar. I should have to mention this that Joseph the international medical consultant were really helpful and polite . He was always there if you have any questions or help. I would like to share my experiences with the Dr I’ve had.. (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emre Guvercin) I would highly recommended him as he is professional and conference with his job. (DDS. Rukiye Anar) she did my dental treatments and her job was really good. I was having issues with my eyes sight. I have seen my optician and General practitioner. The problem is still ongoing. Anyway. I heard about Turkey that they have good health service that deals with different types of surgery. I decided to enquire. Once I started the search the first hospital that came up was Avicenna International Hospital. I emailed the hospital after a day or so I received an email from the hospital. I was asked what help would I require. I told them about my eyes issues. From then on I started communicating with Joseph, he was a caring person and professional. Any time, I am not sure about something I will email him, he will respond as soon as he can to me. Joseph gave me all the information I needed for the procedure while at the same time communicating with the eye doctor. I was very impressed with all the services and support received, and I will recommend the hospital to my friends and family. Thank you all.

The team and nurses at the hospital are extremely competent and professional. They treated you with so much respect & dignity. In February of this year 2022, I travelled from London, Uk to Istanbul for weight loss surgery. Next two weeks I will be 3 months post-op and currently, I’ve lost 2 stones 5 lb (35lbs ). I had been on every diet known to man and had little or no result. So I researched information on gastric balloons or sleeves. This search brought me to Avicenna International hospital and Laith Alamo who helped me all the way. I can’t thank Laith Alamo enough for providing me with so much information and guidance. He contacted the surgeon Dr Osman Aktas who performed my gastric sleeve. He gave me all of Dr Aktas's credentials and reviews from past patients, and in general Avicenna International hospital reviews. Every promise that Avicenna International Hospital and rep. Laith Alamo made to me was met. From the time I landed, I was taken from the airport in a beautiful Mercedes - Benz Vito to the complimentary hotel. All my blood work X-rays, PCR tests etc all included. I cannot be happier with the treatment I received from the clinic except and the results. Due to my fantastic experience, my husband decided to have his Knee replacement Surgery with Avicenna International hospital 3 weeks ago today & again Laith Alamo helped him all the way. Before going to Turkey, I browsed and looked up for hospitals several times. One day, I found this hospital and after some few researches, contacted them. Joseph was our correspondent working in the Int. Department. He was so quick to reply and so helpful. Within 3 days, we had all the papers we needed to apply for a visa. After going to Turkey, we were picked up at the airport by the hospital and driven to our place or stay. We had an appointment the very next day. The hospital looked much better in real, modern buildings and machines, very active and friendly staff, cleanness on point everything was just worked well. Joseph took us to our doctor and helped with translation. We were with Dr. Nazan, and honestly It’s fair to say that they know well their job. The treatment was really effective and after we started the medication and the doctor’s instructions, the relief was starting to be felt. All the transportation Airport-Hotel-Hospital was carried by Avicenna. We would 100% recommend anyone that wants to have treatment in the hospital, the doctors are A+ and the medical equipments are up to today technology. We’re very satisfied about all the procedures, from the visa to our departure. Avicenna is for sure a safe bet !
