I want to like them, however, they're not making liking them easy. They have great prices, their physical store has a wide variety of products and is very welcoming, the staff is nice, but their online service and customer support should be branded as some kind of violation of the Geneva Conventions. I placed my order on 02/08/2019. It is 2/20/2019, and my order has not even been shipped yet, it has been stuck on 'order confirmed'. Initially, after placing my order, my order status was changed to 'cancelled' for an unknown reason. I managed to reach support, where I received some help from a man, he told me to call back later due to the language issue. When I tried to call back later, a lady answered, and she pretty much hung up after about 10 seconds because she didn't speak English. My calls after this were simply ignored. I called later on, she picked up again, and upon hearing my voice, she hung up. I haven't been able to reach support since then, the waiting music just drones on and on, like you're stuck in some kind of a purgatory. Since my order was cancelled, I decided to place another order, maybe it was my fault. I placed a new order, and pretty much at the same time, my previous order was confirmed. So now I had 2 orders for the same items, and for some reason, there was no way to cancel the new order. I tried to reach their support, but alas, they have banished me from their realm. I wrote them an email, and the new order did end up getting cancelled, though I don't know if it's them actually doing what I asked them to, or if it is the same issue from before. I'll update my review when I actually get my package (who knows, will it be this week, will it be next month?). This might just be a one-off situation, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I do recommend this store if you go to the actual physical store, but do beware if you're ordering their products online. Update: I recieved my item today, 2/25/2019, 17 days after ordering. Apprently the reason was that one item was missing, and they were waiting for it to come before shipping. The order came, however, one of the items were wrong, something that I realized after opening the package (I ordered .22 cal pellets, they sent .17), and I'm not sure now if I'll be able to get a refund/exchange.
