★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rent SUV for 1 week to drive between hotel in Kayseri and Erciyes mountain during our vacation. All was good except one but terrible thing. Car was equipped with summer tyres and I did not notice it until I was going with my family down from the mountain in a snow cold day. I couldn't control car - brakes didn't work even at 10 km/h, car was skidding every time I was trying to make a turn. And it was on the serpentine. This was the scariest drive in my 30+ years at the steering wheel. Good that we arrived at hotel alive. Good thing about Avec - they changed tyres to winter ones next morning after my complaint. Bad thing - they even didn't apologize for it. I don't know if they did not realize how dangerous it was, or they just don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVEC company is the best and honest car rental service. I will strongly recommend this one. We have rented the car in Kayseri. All was in time, the great new car. I would like to say thanks to the manager Oguz. He has provided all details and information, met us and pick up to the airport. If I visit Turkish again I would use the AVEC company rent car service. Thanks a lot.

I am updating my review, although Oguz and service was great, the car was dirty inside and had alcohol bottles. I called them to return to different location then originally a couple days early and was charged for that. Yes customer service was good in beginning but the car was not in the condition as a normal rental car would be.

The car, an automatic Peugeot 3008, was brand new (aprox 7500 km on the clock) and the place is just 1.5 km outside the airport, but they offer a free shuttle service. I also had to return the car very early in the morning outside the working hours but Oguz was already there waiting to receive the car. Again new cars, very decent prices and excellent customer service! Cheers!

Our car was a vw golf with apple play which was genuinely a life saver as it allowed for really easy navigation.
Travelling in keyseri is quite easy and I would highly recommend hiring a car to make your way around to capadocia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of the best car rental experiences I ever had. They picked me up from the airport when it was later than expected and gave me tea while I waited for my car. They put me in a great car and were courteous the entire time. I really wish all rental companies were like this office!!! I will use them again for sure!
