В мае, когда Турцию закрыли, иная прокатная отказалась выдать авто. Зашел к ребятам и попросил предоставить авто моим друзья за 500км от этого офиса (рейс перенесли из Даламана в Измир) приняли бронь и выполнили заказ. Автомобили были не плохими, местами что-то не нравилось в самой комплектации, но брали самые бюджетные.
 They helped a lot!
In May, when Turkey was closed, another rental company refused to issue the car. I went to the guys and asked to provide a car to my friends 500 km from this office (the flight was moved from Dalaman to Izmir), took the reservation and completed the order. The cars were not bad, in some places I did not like something in the configuration itself, but they took the most budgetary ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a rental car from Avec via booking.com and had a wonderful experience. Our customer service representative, Bulut, was helpful, professional and patient. While we were on our trip, we asked if we could extend our rental car for an extra day and he promptly helped us arrange that. The car was is good condition, the price was excellent and there were no hidden fees.
One thing to note is that Avec is not on-site at the airport. However, they pick you up and drop you off at the airport making it completely hassle free. I highly recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired from Avec via holidayautos. As usual we were worried about clauses that may catch us out. However Bulut (manager at Avec} was fabulous. The car was in a fantastic condition. The paperwork was clear and transparent. Yigit was patient with us an let us know what to do in all eventualities. When another car bumped into the back of us during our holiday i called them and followed their instructions. They just spoke to the police and sorted this out no problem. I would thoroughly recommend Avec and both the guys who helped us.

We got the exact car we rented on pictures - in great condition with a full tank. No issues throughout our 10-day rental and upon return. They do a very thorough check &take pictures before and after. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great car rental service, we were picked up from the airport and brought to the office for the paperwork, given a nice car with less than 10k km on it, no hidden charges and a very smooth process, and we were returned to the airport at the end of the trip. Everything was very efficient and Ali who handled us mostly was amazing!! Thank you, would definitely rent again and recommend!
Tip: For the pickup, best to call the office when you collect your bags and they'll arrange a pick up for you from the airport.
