★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend this service in Antalya, car was very new and in a good condition. No extra charges after return, deposit returned in several days. Check in was a bit slow, but checkout very smooth. Also big thanks for the lift to the airport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was really bad, had to wait for more than 1 hour to get the car. The car we selected was not available and they gave us a lousy car! When we just got in the car, they had the cheek rush us to drive away as they wanted to take a company photo outside!?!
Totally bad experience with this company!
Do not go to this company unless you want a bad experience!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented for almost two months - good price, generally supportive stuff, good cat condition. But don't expect perfect service - slow respond on wa, challenging communication in English with some guys, haven't got informed about fines to be charged in advance, so had to double check what there were those strange transactions. On arrival for first week got t roc instead of tiguan. First didnt mentioned that, but when changed to another car got better price because of it.
So, rent worth money, company can be trusted, service on medium level. Next time likely go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve got the best car rental experience ever. Especially from Archie (the guy with glasses) he helped us from the beginning, he’s speaking English fluently and he clearly explained us anything could happen he even give us some travel tips! Thanks for everything, we will meet again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I am to rent a car in Antalya, I wouldn't use Avec services again. We waited at the airport for quite a long time for our pickup. Other companies have offices right at the airport so there is no need to call and wait. Besides that, staff was very rude. We were looking for scratches while Efran person said that if we were looking so closely now then he would also look very closely for deffects when we would return a car. He was very rude, almost aggressive. If you don't want to spoil your trip, I would not recommend Avec cars in Antalya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They pick you up from the airport after you arrive, you just need to ring them. The office is located about a kilometre from the airport. The staff were very friendly and very informative. We asked a million questions about the car just to make sure we didn't forget anything and they honestly didn't seem to mind. The car itself was in good condition (a few scratches etc but no impact to driveability). No issues with the car, started every time, electronics all worked. We rented for 10 days. Upon return, they drive you to the airport in the hired car. If the petrol guage is below a full tank they will drive the car to the petrol station before arriving at the airport.

- Great choice of cars. We took super fresh VW Polo.
- Additional free package with 2 cold bottles of water and mini spray.
- Flexible conditions of extending our rent.
- Quick return of our deposit.
