Paid online for full insurance and unlimited milage.
In the office they insist on paying 2 more insurances. 40usd each
+ After 700km Need to pay extra for each km.

The guy who received back the car told me everything is okay. Then they withdraw the whole amount of deposit.

they return my deposit within 10 days which was smooth easy process.
AVEC will be always my car rental company in Turkey : do it without any fear - they are professional with clean cars and perfect staff.

Update on 15.11.2019
Today AVEC deduct out of blue 45 TL without my confirmation from my card 2 months after i returned the car. I don't know what t ethics that allow them to deduct money from clients cards without clients confirmation.

They harged us extra money when we picked the car although we paid online before arriving.
I have dealt with a lot of rental car companies and this from my experience is the worse, in terms of customer service and attitude with clients...

The worst car rental office in Turkey, they charged me extra money when I arrived to pick the car, the also withdrew money after delivering the car from my car without my permission! They refused paying the insurance back after giving them the car! No one speaks any language but Turkish, the employee was so rude! They are the worst!

Bad behavior employees, they don't speak any language but Turkey! They didn't give me back the insurance money! They also withdrew money from my card after leaving Turkey without my permission!
They also let me pay more money when I arrive turkey to pick the car, although I paid the amount online! I'm so disappointed by this office! they are suck! NEVER NEVER NEVERRRRRRR deal with them and find an International rental office for a professional deal!!
