★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeously delicious pastry aka "Serpme Börek". Traditionally prepared, handcrafted, may be with cheese, minced meat or potato. Local cozy place by cozy people. In winter times you may also enjoy the brewed tea by the stove and wood fire. Freshly juiced orange and pomegranate taste are also options for your taste and vitamin C supports. I have mostly enjoy the minced meat version with light brewed tea. The servings also include the fresh rosemary, love apple (little tomatoes, the old fashioned name. :)) and cucumbers.
