★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda yedigim kendi işkembe corbamdan sonra en iyi işkembe çorbasını yedik ? şaka bir yana Avanos merkez Total benzincinin hemen yanında ufak bir dükkana girip bu kadar güzel lezzet beklemiyorduk. Ertesi günü hatta yeniden gittik. Çorbaların yanı sıra ızgara çeşitleri ve kofterleride bir harika. İşletmeciler çok ilgili ve samimi insanlar. Ustaya ayrıca teşekkür ederim işkembe çorbasını benden daha güzel olmasina sebep olan sırrını açıkladığı icin :)))
We ate the best tripe soup after my own tripe soup I've ever eaten in my life ? joking aside, we entered a small shop right next to the Total gas station in Avanos center and did not expect such a good taste. The next day we went back to the line. In addition to soups, grilled varieties and meatballs are also great. The operators are very caring and sincere people. I would also like to thank the master for revealing the secret that makes the tripe soup better than me :)))
