The people here are extremely unprofessional and the facilities are gross, bordering on disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews, they must be fake. The place is very sketchy, something weird is going on.

It wad the worst Hamam I have ever been to. The guy in the reception was extremelly rude, which ruined our stay in the płace. He was screaming all over the office that I had to visit a psychiatrist when I was back to Poland, because he was upset we did not sign up for an extra massage. We were waiting for an hour for the hammam driver to pick us up from the hammam and the man told us it was not his Business and that he hadn’t had a helicopter to pick us up. Finally, he racisticly claimed that I am no Polish, because Poish people arę nice and I am not. Normally I would call the Police of that happener in Poland. I reported this to my travel Agency and they told me that there were many problems with this hammam before. Prasę do not go there.

Hi, my name is Albano. DO NOT GO!!!! I asked for a Turkish bath provided by women when i booked, they said ok. On arrival, I was hosted by men only. The room of full of mould, clearly visible on the walls. There were insects everywhere and a bad smell. Waiting time is on the relax room before your treatment. The ‘relax room’ was more like a stress room. In Amam They used the same sponges for different clients unwashed, dirty water and dirty buckets. The place looked filthy and disgusting. We waited 2 hours for our treatment because there was not enough staff to provide treatment for everyone booked. In the end I walked out. They are thieves who make promises they can’t keep just to lure in the clients. What was supposed to be a relaxing day out was a horrible experience that caused me stress. Don’t bother wasting your money there. You’re better off giving your money to someone poor than spending it here to get stressed.

If it were possible to give this place negative stars I would. I bet all the recent positive Google reviews for this place are fake. All the other tourists we talked to there were as unhappy with the place as we were. We went with a group of 3 women and three men. Without asking or explaining they put us in a sauna with people who were not from our group, then they put us in a hammam with other strangers where only men were providing the services. They did not clean the benches or provide us with fresh towels to sit on in this area. They specifically took away the Turkish towels the women had and expected us to set on the benches with just our bathing suits. The young men working in the hammam appeared to have no experience and were very quick and unprofessional. When the customer ahead of us on the stone platform started picking at a scab on his knee and told us “blood” with an amused expression, we should have left on the spot. Instead the women demanded a private room and a female attendants and massage therapists. The Russian girl who was one of the few people who spoke English acted like we were crazy and asking for something unusual. It turns out there is only one female employee who provides the scrub and massage in the whole establishment, so it took forever. This woman was far more professional and competent than the men doing the scrubbing. But get this, she was Indian, not even Turkish. We had to ask for fresh towels to put on the face support and scrubbing platform. If we had not, they would not have been provided. She claimed Turkish women do not like to work in hammams. Personally, I am not qualified to judge whether that is true or not. However, I am not surprised that Turkish women would not want to work in this one particular establishment. The hammam part of the place smelled like a smelly locker room. None of this would not be acceptable before Covid, but afterwards, it’s horrifying.

The worst hamam and massage i had in my life. Non of what they provide is related to professional. The person who is doing the hamam for me, he was trying ro repeat what his Colleague doing. The masseuse wasn’t from bali, and she’s not expert at all. Baths and toilets wasn’t clean. They don’t deserve any penny. Ps, the owner will give a a great speech, that will let you believe that this an experience you will never forget.

I wish we could give negative stars to this place. We were promised a full VIP service with private hamam and sauna. Firstly the place is massively understaffed. When we reached the spa, we were asked to wait till they managed to turn the sauna on. After waiting for a good 20 mins we decided to carry on and share. Then comes the hamam. The hamam didn't have water and they were filling COLD BUCKETS FROM OUTSIDE. The hamam scrub itself was painful. Additionally, the hamam is dirty AF. You can clearly see mold and fungus. The massage after was good but we were so put off by the experience that we didn't avail the rest of the services.

We spent fantastic morning at Avalon Spa. Great experience, Turkish bath really rejuvenating, sensational and relaxing massage, very pleasant treatments, and a wonderful view of the harbour. We came back there for additional medical and lymphatic massages. Very kind people, fantastic and professional staff, welcoming atmosphere. Pick up and drop off at the hotel. Fully recommended

Very beautiful, High Class looking place, but unfortunately with a terrible quality of treatment. Sauna as well as their hammam rooms are for men and women all together and all that the same time. There is no privacy. One lies there half-naked in front of strangers, especially men and gets washed in front of everyone. I have been expecting to get washed by a woman and not by a man but I could not choose. The treatment was very fast and high speed, ... This has been the worst Hamam treatment I ever received anywhere in this world.
