★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buraya 09.12.2021 tarihinde aracımı bıraktım.Far, çamurluk ve ön tampon değişecekti.Yaklaşık 3 hafta gibi uzun bir sürecin sonunda 01.01.2022 tarihinde arabamı teslim alabildim, boyanın rengini tutturmakta zorlandıkları için sürecin uzadığını söylediler.
Aracı almaya geldiğim zaman arka tampondaki nikelajın olmadığını fark ettim.Sorduğum zaman tamponla işlerinin olmadığını ve nerde olduğunu bilmediklerini söylediler, o an biraz acelem de olduğundan dolayı çok derin incelememedim neyse dedim aracı aldım.Ancak eve gidip detaylı bir şekilde bakınca araçta arkada ve tavanda 2 çizik olduğunu fark ettim ve arka tampondaki eksik nikelajı da bagajda buldum.Aracı sonra geri götürdüm, tabiki de kendilerinden kaynaklı olmadığını önceden o
çiziklerin olduğunu söylediler.Neyse bi pasta cila atıldı tavandaki gider gibi oldu ama tozdan çok anlaşılmadı, neyse vardır bi hayır dedik aracı alıp gittik sonra arabayı yıkayınca gördüm ki o çizik de çıkmadı üstüne üstlük ön kapının alt tarafında bir çizik daha buldum.Diğer iki çizik aracın arkasında olunca resimlerde gözükmüyordu ama bu çizik önde olduğu için kaza anının olduğu resimlerde de orada olmadığı açıkca gözüküyor.
Özetle 2020 model sıfır aldığımız renginden dolayı rütuşun çok zor olduğu bir araçta şuan 3 tane çizikle hayatımıza devam ediyoruz.Artık yorumu ve tercihi sizlere bırakıyorum…
I left my car here on 09.12.2021. The headlight, mudguard and front bumper were going to be changed. After a long process of about 3 weeks, I was able to receive my car on 01.01.2022, they said that the process took longer because they had difficulty in fixing the color of the paint.
When I came to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that there was no nickel on the rear bumper. When I asked, they said that they did not know where they were and that they did not have a job with the bumper. I did not examine it very deeply because I was in a hurry at that moment, so I said anyway, I bought the vehicle. However, when I went home and looked in detail, there were 2 scratches on the back and ceiling of the vehicle. I noticed that it was the same and I found the missing nickel on the rear bumper in the trunk. I took the car back later, of course it wasn't because of them.
They said that there were scratches. Fortunately, a paste of polish was applied on the ceiling, it seemed to go away, but it was not clear from the dust, anyway, we said no, we took the car and went, then when I washed the car, I saw that the scratch did not come out, on top of that, I found another scratch on the underside of the front door. The other two scratches were on the car. When it was behind, it was not visible in the pictures, but since this scratch is in the front, it is clearly seen that it is not there in the pictures of the accident.
In summary, we continue our lives with 3 scratches in a vehicle where retouching is very difficult due to the color we bought 2020 model new. Now I leave the interpretation and choice to you...
