Eşimin arabasını getirdim ve bir anlaşmazlık oldu, eşimin yanında "müşteri" temsilciniz el kol hareketleri ile bağırmaya başladı. Eşim tek gelse herhalde üstüne yürüyecektiniz. Gerçekten çok şaşırdım ve beklemiyordum. Özelliklede 9 puan yetmiyor abi aradıklarında mutlaka 10 puan verin diyen birinden hç beklemezdim
The highest possible score (for service) is what your representatives represent, but certainly not customers. I brought my wife's car and there was a disagreement, next to my wife your "customer" representative started shouting with gesturing. If my wife came alone, you would probably walk on her. I was really surprised and did not expect it. Especially, I wouldn't expect anything from someone who says 9 points is not enough bro, when they call, give 10 points.
