Bayram için araç kiraladım sıfır km araç verdiler ve dezenfekte edilmiş araçtan ve personel ilgisinden çok memnun kaldım kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
I rented a car for the holiday, they gave a zero km vehicle and I was very pleased with the disinfected vehicle and the staff's attention, I would definitely recommend it.

Kiraladığımız araba fazlasıyla temizdi. Pandemi kurallarına dikkat edilmişti. İhtiyacımız olduğunda 7/24 kendilerine ulaşabildik. İlgilerinden dolayı teşekkürler.. bi daha gelicez tek adresimiz sizsiniz :)
The car we rented was extremely clean. Pandemic rules were observed. We were able to reach them 24/7 when we needed them. Thank you for your interest.. we will come again, you are our only address :)

Kısa süreli bir tatil için kendilerinden araç kiraladık. Aracımız gayet temiz ve sorunsuzdu. Güler yüzlü ve misafirperver tavırlarından dolayı da ayrıca memnun kaldık. Umarım yakın zamanda tekrar karşılaşırız :)
We rented a car from them for a short vacation. Our vehicle was very clean and smooth. We were also pleased with their friendly and hospitable demeanor. Hope we meet again soon :)

Сервис очень низкого уровня. Меня вообще обманули. Удержали депозит в 200 долларов, обещали вернуть через две недели. В итоге я сам написал им через три недели, но деньги так и не вернули по непонятной причине, никаких объяснений не дали, кроме каких-то предположений о штрафак. Когда попросил дать подтверждение - в ответ тишина. Буду обращаться в гостиницу в которой проживал за помощью и в полицию.
Very low level service. I was generally deceived. They kept a $ 200 deposit and promised to return it in two weeks. As a result, I wrote to them myself three weeks later, but the money was never returned for some unknown reason, no explanation was given, except for some assumptions about the penalty. When asked for confirmation, silence responded. I will go to the hotel where I lived for help and to the police.

Арендовали с мужем в этой компании в сентябре на один день машину, съездить в Олюдениз. Взяли утром - вернули вечером. В этот прокат нас привёз хозяин гест хауса, где мы остановились. Естественно по рекомендации мы не заподозрили ничего плохого, даже когда нам дали не ту машину, которую мы бронировали. Оставили депозит 1000 турецких лир. Никто не говорил по-английски. Договор только на турецком. Машину вернули в тот же день. Водит муж аккуратно даже на родине, не говоря уже о чужой стране. Депозит обещали вернуть сначала в течении 5ти дней. Не вернули. Написали им на почту спустя 2 недели -не отвечали. Написали им на турецком, ответили, что всё хорошо, не переживайте! Всё вернётся в течении 20ти рабочих дней. Прождали месяц!!!! Не вернулось ничего. Когда мы написали снова, нам ответили, что на нас штрафы, поэтому деньги не вернут. Ни одного штрафного билета прислано не было. Муж написал отзыв. На что хозяин ответил, что он всё перепроверил и мы им ещё 350 лир должны. Ждите на почту потверждения и оплатите. Вот прождали. Моё терпение лопнуло. Ни одного доказательства. Ау! Какие на нас ещё штрафы?! я очень хочу заплатить, если мы и правда виноваты, в чём ясильно сомневаюсь! Резюмы: мы попались на типичный турецкий развод. Для себя я сделала вывод, больше никаких турецких прокатов, выходит намного дороже, чем воспользоваться нормальным европейским сетевым прокатом. Я очень расстроилась. Нет ничего обиднее, чем когда подрывают доверие. Если это читает хозяин заведения - вы бросили своим поступком тень на весь турецкий сервис. Я больше к вам точно не вернусь. И да! очень бы хотелось взглянуть на наши штрафы. Я посмотрела тарифы на штрафы за 2021 год в Турции - и там, чтобы на 1000 лир заработать штрафов надо либо 4 раза привысить скорость на 60км выше допустимой, либо проехать в нетрезвом виде.
My husband and I rented a car with this company in September for one day, to go to Oludeniz. They took it in the morning - returned it in the evening. We were brought to this rental by the owner of the guest house where we were staying. Naturally, on the recommendation, we did not suspect anything wrong, even when we were given the wrong car that we had booked. We left a deposit of 1000 Turkish lira. No one spoke English. The contract is in Turkish only. The car was returned the same day. Her husband drives him neatly even at home, not to mention a foreign country. They promised to return the deposit first within 5 days. Not returned. We wrote to them by mail after 2 weeks - did not answer. We wrote to them in Turkish, answered that everything is fine, do not worry! Everything will return within 20 working days. We waited a month !!!! Nothing came back. When we wrote again, we were told that we were fined, so the money would not be returned. Not a single ticket was sent. My husband wrote a review. To which the owner replied that he had checked everything and we owe them another 350 lire. Wait for confirmation mail and pay. They waited. My patience has run out. Not a single piece of evidence. Hey! What other fines are there for us ?! I really want to pay if we really are to blame, which I clearly doubt! Summary: we fell for a typical Turkish divorce. For myself, I concluded that there are no more Turkish rentals, it turns out much more expensive than using a normal European network rental. I was very upset. There is nothing more offensive than undermining trust. If the owner of the establishment reads this, you have cast a shadow over the entire Turkish service by your act. I will definitely not return to you again. And yes! I'd love to have a look at our fines. I looked at the tariffs for fines for 2021 in Turkey - and there, in order to earn fines for 1000 liras, you must either increase the speed 4 times by 60 km above the permissible speed, or drive drunk.

My husband and I rented car at your office in Dalaman on September 13rd 2021. I am writing to complain about a number of aspects of the service we received. Firstly, we booked one car model, but we got another. It is no problems for us, but it tells about unresponsibility and unattentivity. There was no clear explanation for this situation. Communications with the staff were very complicated because none of the employees knew English. This meant that we could not ask any questions about peculiarities of the rent contract. The contract was only in Turkish. As a result we had to sign the document without any understanding of the meaning of what is written. We paid deposit of 1000TL. After returning the car, this deposit had to be returned us in 5 days. But we have been waiting for 4 weeks and nothing was returned. We wrote an email and received the answer that we had fines of 1038 tl.But any confirmations and proves of fines were not provided! I would therefore expect some explaination. You have to provide the document with penalties proof or compensate the value of deposit as soon as posible. I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Pros The car was OK. Cons 1. They speak only Turkish (and the contract was drawn up in Turkish). 2. They are scammers and didn't return my deposit (1000 TL). I wrote to them 10 days after returning the car. They replied that the deposit would be refunded within 20 business days. Wrote to them again a month later. They replied that I had a fine and promised to provide more details. However, they didn't send any details and haven't responded to my emails since then. UPD. Despite the owner's comment on my review, I'm still awaiting for any information on my mythical traffic ticket.
