★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff working here are not worthy. As an Aussie Citizen I'm trying to get some info abt a subject. They are not helpful, even for simple things, and on top of it "they are rude" to you. I dont know where they get the audacity..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, I'm Australian citizen needed some advice about trusted hospital, first question they asked was "What is your origin country" after waiting, a security guard came and told me why you are here? Then they asked for my email and I've got nothing, it was very big mistake I went around them.(few hours later) All Turks people without knowing any English tried really hard to help me,very beautiful people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to get documents witnessed urgently and sent back to Australia. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Volkan Gulal was a great help with also giving us other information we required nearest courier, etc. Plus he emailed copies to us. I have read some not so good reviews on here but our interaction from security to office staff was great. Thank you documents made it to Australia in time.
