★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijdens vakantie een panne gehad en de verzekering heeft mijn wagen daar naartoe getakeld. Hebben mijn auto zelfs niet op de brug gezet. Gewoon naar gekeken, en ineens moest heel mijn motor vervangen worden. Terwijl ik zelf wist dat het gwn de multiriem was.Overdreven duur(9000tl)...ze gaven me 3 weken wachttijd voor een stuk. 3 weken??? In 3 weken tijd kon dat stuk zelf met de auto gaan halen in Duitsland.
Had a breakdown during vacation and the insurance hoisted my car there. Didn't even put my car on the bridge. Just looked at it, and all of a sudden my engine had to be replaced. While I knew it was gwn the multi-belt. Excessively expensive (9000tl) ... they gave me 3 weeks waiting time for a piece. 3 weeks??? In 3 weeks time, that piece could be picked up by car in Germany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ audi km dolmamasına rağmen 2 kere yıllık bakıma verdim. gelecek bakımı kesinlikle istanbul a götüreceğim. bakım sonrası neler gerçekten değişti bilmiyorum.değişen parçaların verilmesi lazım. istanbul servislerine göre pahalı. genel olarak müdür ve çalışanlar nezaketsiz. yıkaması detaylı ve iyi.
Although I didn't have the audi km, I gave it 2 times a year. I will definitely take care of the future. I don't know what really changed after maintenance. expensive compared to istanbul services. in general the manager and employees were discourteous. washing is detailed and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıllardır VW kullandigim için defalarca geldim bu servise. Her servis randevusu farkli bir memnuniyetsizlik. GOLF 7 30bin servis bakımı için 1320 tl ödedim. Aracı doğru düzgün yıkamamışlar bile. Islak paspaslarla teslim ediyorlar. Standardi 2.5 saat olan servis süresi en az 5 saat sürer bu serviste. Üstelik aracı servisten aldıktan sonra sanki performansı düşmüş gibi hissettim. Ne yaptılar bilemiyorum.
I have been to this service many times because I have been using VW for years. Every service appointment is a different kind of dissatisfaction. I paid 1320 TL for GOLF 7 30 thousand service maintenance. They didn't even wash the vehicle properly. They deliver with wet mats. The service time, whose standard is 2.5 hours, lasts at least 5 hours in this service. Moreover, after taking the vehicle from service, I felt as if its performance had dropped. I don't know what they did.
