★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yaklaşık 1 sene çalıştığım spor salonu. antrenörleri tecrübeli diye tanıtırlar ancak tecrübesiz, en ucuz buldukları sporcu bir arkadaş ile çalışırlar. temizlik konusunda yine yetersiz kalıyor. kişiye özel program diye söylenip, akla ilk gelen egzersizleri bir karta yazar elinize verirler. ayrıca salonda squat rack ve decline bench press aletleri yoktur, yer yetersizliğinden kaldırmışlardır. kısaca samimi değiller ve işin hakkını vermiyorlar.
The gym where I worked for about 1 year. They introduce their trainers as experienced, but they work with an inexperienced athlete friend they find the cheapest. still falls short on cleaning. They are called a personalized program and write the first exercises that come to mind on a card. In addition, there are no squat rack and decline bench press equipment in the hall, they removed them due to lack of space. In short, they are not sincere and do not do the job justice.
