★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30/11/2019 tarihinde Seat ateca 1.4 fr aracımı 30.000 lik bakımı için ve antibakteriyel temizlik için aracımı servise götürdüm aracımı servise teslim almaya gittiğimde ise aracımın ön üs sağ camın Kırık olduğunu fark ettim.aracımı teslim almak istemediğim halde, yapılacak bir durumun olmadığını oradaki mercide ki yetkili arkadaşlar bana beyan ettiler ve bunu kabul etmedim kamera kayıtları ve fotoğrafları istememe rağmen bana göstermeyip bunun önceden taş darbesi alması sonucu Kırık olduğunu beyan ettiler ve bu konuda mağdur kalıp görüşlerimi sizlerle paylaşmak istedim
 On 30/11/2019, I took my Seat ateca 1.4 fr vehicle for 30.000 maintenance and antibacterial cleaning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test sürüşü randevusu için aradım. Pandemiden dolayı test sürüşü yapılmadığını beyan ettiler. Çok garip, randevu usulü ile her testten sonra araç dezenfekte edilerek test sürüşü yaptırılabilir. Yeni kasa, yeni motor ama test sürüşü yapamıyorsun
I called for a test drive appointment. They declared that there was no test drive due to the pandemic. Very strange, the vehicle can be disinfected and a test drive can be made after each test with the appointment method. New chassis, new engine but you can't test drive
