absolutely robbed and conned by the rep MURAT to go on a boat trip which was meant to be relaxing with no more that 9 other couples.taking us to 5 islands where were would see turtles,80% chance of seeing dolphins and to have a mud bath.Clearly none of this happened,the boat had at least 40 other people on it,no where for us to sit in the shade so we both had to sit up the front for 7 hours,enduring temperature of 37C degrees.MURAT said if the trip wasn't what he said it wss then he promised a full refund or if we were ill we would also get a full refund.We tried to contact him on the mobile number he wrote down for us but there were was connection,he said if that didn't work,then contact him via whatsapp,which again did not work.we see him in the reception 45 minutes before we were due to leave,he said he would be back in 10-15 minutes to sort out this and give us a refund of the £70 he had from us,but he DIDNT come back.IVE SENT attache tours 2 emails,and have had no reply.!!!!

Attache Tour- disgraceful And thieves Bulent was a rep in our hotel who offered us a all inclusive boat trip on Sunday 7th April 2019, we payed in full 500 TL which is £72 for both of us on the Saturday the weather was awful so a few people in our hotel had cancelled theirs so we and this other couple we met went to cancel ours they told us we would have our money In or banks by the next day, which never happened following up on this on the Monday they said they where doing it that night & that we will be given the right amount back as the bank opens on Mondays. We went home the following day and told them if it was not in they would get a bad review... and a week later I have tried contacting them on their what’s app number but yet they read and blanked me & following up on that they blocked me so I can’t get in touch with them. Do not Use them for Tours of Turkey

Disgraceful thieves and liars operate this business. We booked a trip for fishing. The bus picked us up at 10a.m instead of 9a.m. Arrived at the boat harbour and saw the boat crammed full of people already arguing with the "captain" who was behaving more like a pirate! He lied to everyone and said that it is too late to go fishing because already 11a.m so there will only be swimming and boat ride because we must get back by 4p.m. So atleast 3 hours would be wasted and still no fishing. So lots of people fought and took their tickets back and headed off the boat back to hotels. I contacted the agent Bulat to claim refund but he insisted that it is our fault for leaving and not going on trip. It was really disheartening to see that people in Turkey are hell bent on earning money by deception and trickery. Honesty does not even exist in their character and they are earning a living by being thieves!!! Please, please avoid this firm at all costs and all other agents that push and force their deceptive business onto you. Claiming a refund for non delivery of service will be the most challenging and humiliating experience at a time you just want to relax and forget the worries! I really hope the business, its owners and all the employees face the humiliation and experience dishonesty at the most extreme level and rot in hell!

The worst trip I have ever done We have booked this trip with Attache Tours to visit the ruins of Ephesus but we spent more time in two shops (3 hours!) than in the ruins. Those stops were not specified in the plan nor in the reservation voucher. They treat you as you were a cash machine. The objective of the trip is to spend money in places that nobody asked to visit: First, they bring you to a jewelry shop and you have to stay there 1 hour 30 minutes doing nothing. After that, in the hottest hours of the day, they bring you to the archeological site. After lunch you lose another 1:30h in a ceramic shop. When we politely told the guide that we were not satisfied with the trip, he answered us rudely saying “I don’t want to see your face anymore” and asking to cancel the other trips we have booked, but without giving back our money! Furthermore he made an inappropriate comment referring to our nationality.

We were robbed $US130 which we were told to pay in cash for the next day’s boat trip. I had booked the vehicle from airport to MarMara resort via Expedia. Somehow I see now the connection to the vehicle and attaché tours as they grabbed right from the airport. Gentleman named Vajob Kaja from attaché tours appeared in the hotel waiting for us. He showed us the boat trip agenda for the next day and we agreed. He preferred to be paid in cash than by card. Next day the weather turned bad & they kept lingering for sometime. We were already at the dock but they cancelled & said we will be met by the representative back at the hotel. My hotel called Vajop & he said it is not possible to return cash but I should leave my bank details along with reason for cancellation for refund . I left Bodrum by night flight and the money has not come till now. We even had a brawl over the phone because I suspected this was a fraudulent act. He said they are not cheap street company but I think the company should be taken legal action for cheating people as I read so many reviews like this now. This incident happened on April 13th , 2019. People going to Bodrum should be careful about these kinds of deal.

We booked a Tour with Bulent, our tour guide from Attache in Bodrum Turkey. It was to Ephesus and was around £100 for the 2 of us. Unfortunately I developed a cold and a friend warned us it was a good few hours drive on the coach that it would not be a good idea in my condition. We contacted Bulent who said they would give us 20% refund. A poor show as we gave 48 hours notice. However despite calling a few times and emailing the office we have had no reply and no answers to our calls. No refund. The tours are cheaper booked in town anyway, so my advice would be to STAY CLEAR.

We had such a great experience with Attaché Tours in Bodrum. After reading some of the reviews and having already booked our tours with Bülent, we were quite concerned. Turns out we had nothing to be concerned about. Our private shuttle from the airport to our hotel in Bodrum was the start of something special. Our driver was friendly, made us feel welcome, had drinks in the shuttle for us, stopped at a look out point for my wife and I to see the spectacular view. We arrived at our hotel safe and sound and relaxed! We did the boat trip to Camel Beach which was incredible. The boat had 10 people in total in total and we had the privilege of meeting people from different parts of the world. We stopped off a few times and snorkelled, enjoy some great drinks in the sun and had a decent lunch. This was one of the highlights of our trip and we were at one of the top 5 All inclusive resorts in Bodrum. Our 2nd day our includes a trip to Dalyan. Our tour guide Charlie was an absolute legend and he made us feel very welcome. This trip is all down to preference of each individual. We didn’t enjoy the mud baths as it was very full, however, the boat trip through the river was unbelievable. We saw turtles, at authentic lunch and enjoyed some time at Turtle Beach at the end. On the way back to the bus we enjoyed some blue crab. The total transit time to get to Dalyan was about 2.5 hours which weren’t really looking forward to, however, the trip was planned well and it didn’t feel that long. It was a great day out. Overall, our experience Attaché Tours has been great and thank you to Bülent for everything!

I wouldn't give even one star!!! Absolutely rip off of a company. No wonder there is no trip advisor. Bulent was our holiday rep sent to our hotel to help with any problems and to sell trips at a rip off price and false advertisement! We paid for two of us to go on a boat trip, we always do boat trips in turkey and always pay for one that will have less than 30 people, no point going on a boat with over 100 people. Get to our boat, over 100 people!! Misold this trip, spoke to someone there who phoned Bulent who said he'd get us a refund. Waited 40 minutes for a lift back to hotel, spoke to Bulent, sorry he said the small boat has broken down! We were told by some trip shop owners that he would say this. Wouldn't give us cash, although this is how we paid, instead told that office staff were out until two days later, when we were going home! Very convenient. I'm sure they wouldn't let us leave Turkey if we owed them money! We had to write a complaint and leave our bank details, and was told we would get a bank transfer for the monies owed, don't have the money back yet, Bulent reads our what'sapp messages and then doesn't reply! The company don't have an email and the message service fails to send. Do not use this company ever!! Stick with booking trips outside of your hotel, this is how we usually do it, Bulent however seemed like a nice guy, how wrong were we!
