It is divided into two as the lower part and the upper part. The newly built serdivan waterfall is just above the park. It is generally preferred by families. There is a market, playground, bus.

Minibüs hattının olması ,otobüs seferlerinin yazın üniversite tatilde olduğunda azalması,genellikle yokuş üzerine yapılanmış olması,spor- yürüyüş alanı olmaması dezavantajları . Yokuş olduğu için yürüyüş yapmak,bisiklete binmek (bilhassa çocuklar için) sıkıntı.
It is an orderly, quiet place. Its inhabitants are level. Neither inside nor outside the city. Disadvantages are the existence of a minibus line, the decrease in bus services when the university is on holiday in summer, the fact that it is generally built on a slope, and there is no sports-walking area. It is difficult to walk or ride a bike (especially for children) because of the slope.
