About Atölye Burger Körfez
Hikayemizin ilk başlangıç tarihi kurumumuzun bir diğer iştiraki olan Et atölyesinde başladı. Et atölyesi markası 30 yıllık restoran sektöründeki bilgi birikimi ve tecrübemizin yansıması olarak doğmuştu. Et atölyesi markamızın hamburgerleri o kadar çok sevildi ki artık Atölye burger olarak burger odaklı bir marka kurmamız kaçınılmaz olmuştu. Bu markayı oluşturmak için çok araştırdık dünyanın farklı bölgelerindeki özel burgerleri keşfetmek için kilometrelerce yollar gittik. Öğrendiklerimizi kendi kültürümüz ve lezzetlerimizle harmanlayarak bu özel lezzetleri keşfettik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açılış kampanyasını denemek için gittik. Hamburger ekmeklerinin üstü -evet üstü- dahi yağlıydı. Patates kızartması soğuğa yakın geldi. 100 gr olan kampanyada ekmekten köfte tadını neredeyse hiç alamadım. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.
We went to try the opening campaign. Even the top of the hamburger buns—yes, the top—was greasy. The fries came close to cold. In the 100 gr campaign, I could hardly taste the meatballs from the bread. The staff was smiling and engaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getirden sipariş geçtim, bariz kötüydü... Kıyması sinirliydi, hamburgerden kemik çıktı, marulları ölmüş halde bir sipariş geldi. Bu fiyatlara rakiplerinden alırım en azından yanında patates getiriyorlar.
I took an order from the deliverer, it was obviously bad... The ground beef was angry, the bone came out of the hamburger, an order came with the lettuce dead. At these prices, I buy from their competitors, at least they bring potatoes with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecrubeli güleryuzlü ve kibar çalışanları ile son derece kaliteli hizmetinin yanısira hamburger yiyeceğim tek mekan. Lezzetine doyamadım. Klasik hamburgeri aklınızın ucundan bile geçirmeyin. Mutlaka bütün menüleri denemenizi tavsiye ediyorum. Ha bu arada fiyatları da gayet makul.
It is the only place where I will eat hamburgers, in addition to its experienced, friendly and polite employees and high quality service. I couldn't get enough of its taste. Don't even think about the classic hamburger. I definitely recommend you to try all the menus. Oh, by the way, the prices are quite reasonable.

The hamburger buns were stale for 10 minutes. No one was interested in the table. Tea was served to other tables and we did not receive any tea.

Patates neredeyse hiç yoktu, ekmek bayattı, köftesi iyi pişmemişti.. Garson da ayrı berbattı. Çok geç “Bir şey alır mısınız?” diye soruldu. Müşteriye göre tavır alınıyor. Misalen yan masaya çay götürüldü. Bize sorulmadı bile. Tek kelimeyle rezaletti…
The place is beautiful. We preferred the 19,90₺ workshop burger campaign. I don't know why because there was a campaign, but they were too much of the product. There were hardly any potatoes, the bread was stale, the patties were not cooked well. The waiter was also awful. It's too late "Can you get something?" he was asked.
