They have developed a kind of marketing tactic, assuring you that they will give you a refund on the return, and saying that they can only exchange it at the time of return. Knowing that I was shopping with a credit card and even though I opened this issue three times and asked, first they said that they had a chance to refund the money and then they forced me to change it.
