Atmosfer Balloons

Beware that there has been accidents in the past. Unfortunately I didn't know this. there is no organisation at all. They pick up up without explaining anything and when the balloon is ready, everybody is just desperately junping like animals into the basket. No information during the flight abour anything. Just an empty tour They let people into the basket without masks. Incompetent, impolite and unsafe

Great experience with Atmosfere Balloons. Professional and experienced pilots!! Well worth the early rise.

Pros: +Pick up precisely on time +Professional and overall pleasant +Great value for 60 min, max 16 people (75 EUR) +No frills. +Appears to have quality equipment. +General safety guidelines appeared to be followed. Cons: -Paid for an hour, reduced to 45 minutes for unknown reason. Had stated ride would be shortened if weather or a landing was an issue but this certainly didn’t appear to the case (other balloons were flying) nor was any reason given. Appeared to be a simple cost cutting measure. -Coronavirus safety precautions were not very strictly followed, no temp taken, man with a cough allowed on board and discipline on masks not kept. -Ironically and ostensibly, drink not served after flight due to coronavirus. Seems to be a cost cutting measure as well given the above. -Cost of USB stick with video is a bit much at 20 USD / 170 lira -No breakfast Note: originally booked with Turkiye Balloons but was seemingly sold off to Atmosfer.

A team of professionals. We got up easily, we saw the whole area, at one point we were at the highest point. The captain is funny, he also made jokes, we relaxed during the whole trip and we enjoyed the experience. Ignore the negative comments, they can be from the competition or from people with different expectations. :) just sayin'

I had a fantastic balloon ride with Atmosfer for a very reasonable price. I was told there is a maximum of up to 20 on a flight but for my flight there was just 10 of us. Our balloon pilot was Yunus and he was fantastic. He absolutely nailed the landing, was witty and a good guide for what was below us. The ride lasted an hour which seemed a good time and there was a champagne breakfast after it. I'd never taken a hot air balloon ride before and so glad I got to do it here over such a stunning landscape. I cannot recommend doing this enough.

I had an amazing experience with Atmosfer balloons! I did their standard flight, and we were up in the air for about an hour. They pick you up right on time from your hotel or hostel and once you arrive at the sight, they have hot tea and coffee and snacks available! On the day I went, we had a wind delay where we were, and then we had move more into a valley before getting up into the air, which made me feel safer and like the company was really taking safety into consideration. Our pilot was great and funny and took us all the way up to 6,000 feet! We flew all over the valley and the views were AMAZING! Their prices were very competitive with other companies, but they only take cash (USD, Euros, or Liras) unless you want to pay a card fee. When you land, they have sparkling juice and cake for you and you end up getting a cute certificate. I really enjoyed my time with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Great balloon tour and organization. The pilots Murat and Bahadir were excellent. It was one the best part of our trip in the region. They shared exciting information about the valleys and history of region. Support staff was also helpful and professional.

I highly recommend this balloon company. Very entertaining. Also safety feeling. We are fr Germany and here for a business trip. And we enjoyed it. Luckily we had great weather. And it was not cold as expected. Because of the hot air and the fire it was even warm.
