★ ★ ★ ★ ★ elifnüma adlı şirkette çalıştık ve maaş kesintilerinden dolayı bıraktık.. Acaba bu tersane yetkilileri böyle şirketlere nasıl izin veriyor.. Adamlar halan asgari ücret sigorta ödüyor.. Tersanede güya böyle bir uygulama görünürde yok.. Ama herkes işine geldiği gibi
 We worked in a company called elifnüma and left it because of salary cuts. I wonder how these shipyard authorities allow such companies. The guys are still paying minimum wage insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugüne kadar gördüğüm en düzensiz tersane diyebilirim. Ne bir İSG ne bir aydınlatma ne de çalışma düzeni...0 bu sektörde en başta olması gereken güvenli bir çalışma ortamı sağlıklı bir çalışma ortamıdır. İş daha sonra gelir, çünkü sağlıklı işçi varsa iş yürür.
I can say that it is the most disorganized shipyard I have ever seen. Neither an OHS, nor a lighting nor a working order... 0 is a safe working environment, which should be the first in this sector, and a healthy working environment. The work comes later, because if there are healthy workers, the work will work.
