Clean, location is great, we made all our tours in foot, except Mount Palandoken (35 liras calling from the hotel; cheaper then the cabs on the outside).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is welcoming and the reception staff friendly and so helpful. Given the very economical rates, you get a private room and ensuite bathroom with shower, there is a lift, and they include a generous buffet breakfast (with great hot soup) too. You cannot compare this hotel to higher category establisments where expectations are higher - but for the price you get a warm experience a comfy room and a central location. I stayed a week and would have been happy to stay a month at that price. The guys usually on reception are always smiling behind their masks and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for an ejoyable stay and see you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff service quality was second to none. Ömer and Erem at the front desk were extremely helpful during the week I spent there. The owner, Muhammed, is a true gentleman and turned out to be a very interesting person as well to discuss with. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean, price is very affordable.. What else? I definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Erzurum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean and OK. They lie about off-street parking. What they offer when you arrive is to park on the street in front of the hotel. Recieved a very rude and abusive comment from the hotel. I would not recommend a dog stay at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks like fine;however, it is not good enough. Appearance is good but reality is bad. How can they dare to serve stale bread. All pastries were bad, none of them was fresh. There were dozens of old people and it is a shame for the hotel if they did it on purpose. They would serve fresh bread. Is it so hard to find fresh local bread? You might see many options for the breakfast;unortunately, they are tasteless. I hoped to have delicious breakfast with local products, who cares what customers seek. Any guest expects to have fresh bread though they couldn't serve even a bread properly. Location may seem well but it is located in an alley due to traffic jam. I don't offer this hotel if you care about delicious food and fresh bread. No expectations for any local product even for bread. Dining room was also dark and ceiling was not high enough. I could find a cheap hotel but photos were misleading for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very welcoming and kind. Although they don’t speak English, they will try their best to make the conversation understandable.
Rooms are clean with good spacing.
Prices are good the the area and about 10 mins walking from all major attractions.
You can take this hotel for the ski resort as well, their is a bus that leads you to the ski resort nearby.
Make sure to contact them directly for better pricing.
